  Qualifications:
  For 1 – 8:         The person must be a degree holder in the relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years experience preferably in the construction sector
  For 9-16:         Degree/ HND / OND in relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years experience
  For 17-19:       OND/WAEC desirable. Ability to read and write clearly. Relevant experience is necessary
